Rural minority communities are susceptible to large environmental risks like deforestation and pollution.

Extreme poverty, gender, and climate change are tragically linked, but there is a solution. Building resilience among vulnerable populations, particularly women, who disproportionately bear the consequences of extreme poverty, can be accomplished by helping them establish diversified sources of income, learn new skills, and build up savings so they can withstand climate change-induced shocks.

Conservation education is a key component of our training. Implementing better eco-conscious business principles assures that projects can be sustained on a local scale.
